Most coaches are running within an afternoon. You connect your calendar, paste your agreement text into a template, and set your booking availability. If you have a client list in a spreadsheet, we'll import it for you, free, on every plan.

Typically: Calendly (scheduling), DocuSign or HelloSign (e-signature), Typeform (intake forms), Google Docs contracts, a CRM like Salesforce, a course platform, and the revenue spreadsheet. Stripe stays, Kaido runs your billing through your own Stripe account, so payouts land in your bank as usual.

Yes. Signatures are captured with a timestamp, signer identity, and audit trail, consistent with the ESIGN Act and eIDAS. Each signed agreement is stored with the engagement and downloadable as a PDF.

A clean portal with their program, next session, action items, and messages, on your domain if you like. They never see your pipeline, notes, or margins. Clients don't create an account until you invite them.

Anytime: clients, contracts, and payment records export to CSV and PDF. Your client relationships are yours. We'd rather earn the renewal than lock the door.
