What does a typical coaching engagement look like?

Each program begins with a discovery call to understand your goals and context, followed by structured sessions that combine reflection, skill-building, and practical action planning. Between sessions you'll have access to resources and direct messaging to keep momentum going. Programs range from 5 to 8 sessions depending on your goals.

How is coaching different from consulting or mentoring?

Consulting gives you answers; mentoring shares experience. Coaching helps you find your own answers — because lasting change comes from within. As your coach, I ask powerful questions, challenge your assumptions, and hold you accountable. I bring frameworks and tools, but the real work is yours — which is why the results stick.

Can I purchase a program for my team or organisation?
