- What is my website URL?
- Your website lives at kaido.com/kd/your-slug. You choose the slug when you set up your website in Settings. It can be your name, your brand name, or anything that represents your practice.
- Do I need to build a separate website?
- No. Your Kaido website is a fully functional coaching website that includes your bio, programs with checkout, a contact form, and legal pages (terms and privacy). It's ready to share as your primary web presence.
- Can I customize the colors and branding?
- Yes. You can upload your logo, write a bio (rich text), set a tagline, and choose from multiple brand color themes. You can also add a hero cover image or use a solid color header.
- How does program enrollment work from the website?
- Visitors click on a program and are taken to a checkout page. For paid programs, they complete Stripe checkout. For free programs, they're enrolled directly. Either way, their client account is created automatically.
- Can I add legal pages like terms of service?
- Yes. Your website includes Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages that you can customize with rich text. Kaido pre-populates them with generic defaults so you have a starting point to edit.
