- How does Kaido handle payments?
- Kaido uses Stripe to process all payments. You connect your Stripe account from your settings and Kaido handles the checkout flow, payment confirmation, and receipt delivery automatically.
- What payment types are supported?
- Kaido currently supports one-time payments for programs. Clients pay a set price at enrollment and gain immediate access. Free programs are also supported for coaches who prefer ungated enrollment.
- When do I receive the money?
- Payouts are managed by Stripe and go directly to your connected bank account on Stripe's standard payout schedule. Kaido does not hold funds. All payments flow directly through your Stripe account.
- Are receipts sent to clients automatically?
- Yes. Stripe sends an automatic payment receipt to the client's email after each successful transaction. No manual invoicing required on your end.
- Can I offer a free program?
- Yes. Setting a program price to $0 enables free enrollment. Clients can enroll directly from your website without entering payment details, and the post-purchase flow still runs automatically.
