Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about client management on Kaido.

How many clients can I manage on Kaido?
There's no hard cap on clients. You can manage your full roster from one dashboard regardless of how many active engagements you're running.
Can I import my existing client list?
Yes, you can bulk import clients via CSV upload or invite them individually using a direct link. Clients set up their own accounts on first login.
Can clients see their own progress?
Yes. Clients have their own dashboard where they can view program progress, upcoming sessions, assigned tasks, and shared documents. You control what's visible to them.
How do session notes work?
You can add notes directly to a client's profile or attach them to specific sessions. Notes are private to you and your team. Clients cannot see them.
Can I give team members access to specific clients?
Yes. You can invite team members with custom roles and control what they can access. Role-based permissions let you share specific client engagements without exposing your entire roster.
