- Can clients see their tasks?
- Yes. All tasks assigned to a client appear in their Kaido dashboard. Clients can see the task title, description, due date, and current status, and mark tasks complete when they finish them.
- Can I assign tasks outside of a program?
- Yes. Tasks can be created and assigned to a client within any active engagement, independently of whether a formal program is running. They're flexible enough to use for ad hoc assignments.
- Do clients get notified when a task is assigned?
- Yes. Clients receive a notification when a new task is assigned to them so they're aware of what action is expected and by when.
- Can I see if a client has completed their tasks?
- Yes. Task completion status is visible in real time from the engagement view and from the client's profile. You can see which tasks are pending, in progress, and complete at any time.
- Can tasks be part of a program template?
- Yes. When you build a program, you can include tasks as part of the program structure. When a client is assigned to the program, the tasks are automatically included in their engagement.
