Post-session: Q1 review

Key observations from today's session:

Sarah had a major breakthrough today around pricing positioning. After reviewing the worksheet, she realized she's been undercharging relative to her market by nearly 40%. Strong emotional resistance.

Action for next session: revisit competitive positioning exercise and review the revised pricing tier she's drafting.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about notes on Kaido.

Can clients see my notes?
No. Notes are strictly private. They are only visible to you and team members with the appropriate role. Clients have no access to notes regardless of what's written in them.
Can I attach a note to a specific session?
Notes can be attached to a client's engagement, which keeps them organized in the context of that coaching relationship. You can title notes with the session date or topic for easy retrieval.
Is there a limit to how many notes I can create?
No. You can create as many notes as you like for any client. All notes are stored and searchable from your dashboard indefinitely.
Can multiple team members add notes to the same client?
Yes. Any team member with access to a client engagement can add their own notes. Notes are attributed to the team member who created them so you can see who wrote what.
Can I format my notes?
Yes. Kaido's note editor supports rich text formatting: headings, bold, italic, bullet lists, and more, so you can structure your observations and session summaries exactly how you prefer.
