- Which calendars does Kaido integrate with?
- Kaido integrates with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. When you connect your calendar, Kaido reads your existing events to avoid conflicts and writes new meetings directly to your calendar.
- Can clients book sessions themselves?
- Yes. Once you set your availability, clients can see your open slots from their dashboard and book directly. You'll receive a confirmation and the meeting is added to both calendars automatically.
- Does Kaido handle timezones?
- Yes. Kaido stores all meeting times in UTC and displays them in each user's local timezone. Clients in different timezones will always see the correct local time when booking.
- What happens when a client needs to reschedule?
- Clients can request a reschedule from their dashboard. Coaches can also reschedule from the meeting detail. The calendar event is updated automatically and both parties receive a notification.
- Are there meeting reminders?
- Yes. Kaido sends automated confirmation emails when a meeting is booked and reminder notifications ahead of the session, so neither party misses a scheduled call.
