Team
The right access for every role
Not everyone on your team needs to see everything. Kaido's role-based permissions let you give coaches full client access while limiting billing visibility to admins. Each role comes with sensible defaults so you don't have to configure every permission from scratch.
- Granular permissions by role (view clients, manage programs, billing, invite members)
- Team Members can work with clients without accessing sensitive data
- Admins can manage the full account minus ownership actions
- Owners retain full control including billing and team management

Collaborate on shared clients and engagements
Assign multiple coaches to the same client engagement so everyone involved can stay informed. Shared engagements mean co-coaches can view session notes, send messages, track progress, and contribute, all within the same client profile.
- Multiple coaches assignable to a single client engagement
- Shared visibility on programs, sessions, and notes
- Co-coaches can message the client from their own inbox
- Activity is tracked per team member across engagements

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about team collaboration on Kaido.
- How many team members can I invite?
- Team member limits depend on your Kaido plan. You can invite coaches, admins, and assistants up to your plan's seat limit. Contact support if you need to expand beyond your current plan.
- What roles are available?
- Kaido has three roles: Owner (full access, including billing and team management), Admin (full account access minus ownership actions), and Team Member (access to clients and programs they're assigned to).
- Can team members see all clients?
- By default, Team Members only see clients and engagements they're directly assigned to. Admins and Owners have broader visibility across the account.
- Can two coaches share the same client?
- Yes. Multiple team members can be assigned to a single client engagement. Each assigned coach can view notes, sessions, and messages for that client within their own dashboard.
- Can I remove a team member?
- Yes. Owners and Admins can remove team members from the account at any time from the Team settings page. Removing a member revokes their access immediately.
