Is this a full CRM or just a contact list?
It's a lightweight CRM purpose-built for coaching practices — pipeline stages, prospect notes, lead sources, and one-click conversion to clients. It's not Salesforce, but it's everything a coach actually needs without the complexity.
Can I import my existing prospects?
Yes. You can import contacts from a CSV. If you're setting up a new account, our team can help with the initial import so you start with a full pipeline on day one.
What happens to pipeline data when a prospect converts to a client?
All notes, contact details, and conversation history carry over to the client record automatically. Nothing is lost, and you don't have to re-enter anything.
Can I track where my leads are coming from?
Yes. Each prospect has a source field — referral, social media, search, your public site, events, and so on. You can filter your pipeline by source to see what's actually driving new business.
Is there a limit on how many prospects I can track?
No limit. Track as many prospects as you have, at any stage, for as long as you need. Old leads stay in the system so you can revisit them later.
