- Can I import my existing prospects?
- Yes. You can import contacts from a CSV. If you're setting up a new account, our team can help with the initial import so you start with a full pipeline on day one.
- What happens to pipeline data when a prospect converts to a client?
- All notes, contact details, and conversation history carry over to the client record automatically. Nothing is lost, and you don't have to re-enter anything.
- Can I track where my leads are coming from?
- Yes. Each prospect has a source field — referral, social media, search, your public site, events, and so on. You can filter your pipeline by source to see what's actually driving new business.
- Is there a limit on how many prospects I can track?
