- How do I create a program in Kaido?
- You build programs from the Programs section in your dashboard. Define the name, add sessions with their details, attach tasks and resources to each step, and your template is ready to assign to clients.
- Can I assign the same program to multiple clients?
- Yes. Programs are templates, so you can assign the same program to as many clients as you like. Each client gets their own independent copy of the program with their own progress tracking.
- Can clients see their program?
- Yes. Clients have their own dashboard where they can see their program outline, upcoming sessions, tasks to complete, and how far through the program they are.
- Can I sell programs through my website?
- Yes. If you have your public coaching site set up, you can list programs with pricing and let prospective clients enroll and pay directly. Free programs are also supported for ungated onboarding.
- Can I edit a program after assigning it to a client?
- You can update the base program template at any time. Changes to the template apply to new enrollments. Active client engagements are not retroactively changed, so existing client progress is preserved.
