  • Client Data. You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent to store and process client information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

  • No Warranty. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
  • Third-Party Links. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites linked from our Platform.
  • Coaching Services. Kaido is a platform for managing coaching businesses. We do not provide coaching services and are not responsible for the quality or outcomes of services provided by users.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaido will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kaido and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
