Is the migration really free?
Yes. Platform migration is included at no extra cost for all new Kaido accounts. We want switching to be a no-brainer, so we absorb the cost of getting you set up.
Which platforms can you migrate from?
We support migrations from Teachable, Kajabi, Thinkific, Podia, Coach.me, and most platforms that allow data export. If you're on something else, reach out and we'll assess what's possible.
What data can be migrated?
We can migrate course content (videos, text, quizzes), client lists and contact records, files from Google Drive or Dropbox, and program structures. Some data, like third-party payment history, may need to stay on your previous platform for record-keeping.
How long does migration take?
Most migrations are completed within 3-5 business days. Larger accounts with extensive course libraries or many clients may take up to two weeks. We'll give you a timeline estimate after our initial call.
Do my clients need to do anything?
Minimal. We set up their accounts and access ahead of time. In most cases, clients simply receive a welcome email with their new login, and everything they had before is waiting for them.
What if I need help after the migration?
Our support team stays available after go-live. If anything needs adjusting (a course structure, a client's access, your booking page) we're here to fix it. You're not on your own once the migration is done.
